CyberFort LLC defines the purchase of paid application as payment of the royalty (license) of the software, and calls it user's licensed.

By installing, operating, copying, distributing, or otherwise using this software, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, DO NOT INSTALL this software.

This contract defines the conditions about the license of the software between licensed User and CyberFort LLC.

1.
This software is protected by Japan and a foreign copyright and the intellectual property right. Though a licensed user has use permitted on the condition of this contract from CyberFort, the intellectual property right such as the copyright of this software isn't moved to the licensed user.

CyberFort permits the use of this software with a cellular phone of the licensed user.
The term of validity to permit use is one year after the license purchase. After it expires, only a cellular phone (Hardware in a cellular phone isn't changed.) which has a license at the time of the expiration can keep using the version being used at that time. But, because a license expired, there is no all right except for it in the cellular phone.

If you registered the user of this software, CyberFort will tells you the user ID and Download URL of this software. A function limitation and a use limitation are canceled by setting up this user ID. Only a cellular phone which set up a password with the user ID has a license. A license isn't given to you, but a license is given to a cellular phone which set up your ID.
Online activation with a use cellular phone is needed at the time of license setting of this application.

The old version won't distribute every kind of reason.
The licensed user should preserve a backup of an installer program of this software. An installation program of this software is preserved into a "download" folder on a SD card of the downloaded cellular phone.

During the license term of validity, If you ask for the re-transmission of the user ID and download URL, We will send a user ID and download URL only to the email address of the license purchase contact free. Because it is not a reissue, it is ID and download URL which is the same as the email transmitted before. The term of validity isn't changed.

When this software is upgraded minor version during the term of validity, a licensed user can use the latest edition free by all the following conditions.
a) After it downloads from the Internet, a license by online activation is confirmed with a cellular phone which establishes a license with the user ID. But, it can't be upgraded when it can't be connected in the Internet and when an activation can't be confirmed properly with the user ID by a setup of PROXY and so on. Make the backup of this software before the upgrade because CyberFort doesn't distribute an old version.

Even cancellation of use, the cancellation of the license and other reasons aren't paid back/refund.

3.
If there was a program bug in this software, it will cope during the term of validity by the modification of the software.
The following process is necessary for it.
a) If you found a program bug, Send a email with a program bug report to CyberFort.
b) A program bug will be corrected with CyberFort after that.
c) A licensed user will receive modification complete mail.
d) You will have to download the latest edition of this software from the Internet.
e) It is installed in a cellular phone which has a license, and you will be able to use a modification edition.

4.
CyberFort doesn't compensate if damage occurred by this software.

5.
CyberFort would be able to change this EULA by an optional reason anytime by a judgement of CyberFort.
This renewed EULA would have the effect from the time indicated on this site.
If a customer downloaded and used this software after a renewal of this EULA, a customer would agree to all contents of renewed EULA.

6.
Oita district court in Japan shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over all disputes arising in connection with this contract between the customer and CyberFort.
